Man with possible alcohol poisoning struggles to breathe

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was sent to a home off State Route 40 near Buda for a reported medical emergency involving a 37-year-old man who may have taken Vicodin and was having trouble breathing. A deputy on scene later reported that the man was conscious, breathing, and appeared to be affected by alcohol rather than a diabetic issue.
