Person found unresponsive and pale at Kendale Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible code blue medical emergency at a residence near Kendale Road in Buellton, after a neighbor reported finding the resident down and pale. Dispatch continued emergency medical instructions while units were sent to the scene.
