Disabled sedan on sidewalk after traffic collision

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on an overpass near West Burbank Boulevard. It was determined to be a recent traffic collision where the parties had already exchanged information, but one sedan was left immobile on the sidewalk and assistance was requested to move it.
