Erratic driver in brown Kia near Route 69 and Route 70

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a brown Kia Sportage driving erratically near Routes 4 and 69 in Burlington, including tailgating, driving too close, and making illegal passes. A second call later reported the same vehicle turning onto Route 70 south with continued aggressive behavior toward other drivers.
