Same video called (name withheld) yesterday and observed that he was intoxicated, disoriented, and stated he was living with a woman who he did not know and only knew her 1st name of (name withheld).

Same also observed a wound on his neck.

When asked about the wound, he told that he did not know how that wound got there and also that he had a wound on the back of his head.

Call was concerned for his well-being.
