Burglary suspects in vacant fire-damaged building

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a vacant, fire-damaged building on Huff Avenue for a reported property crime. Multiple males were reportedly seen breaking into or entering the building and then walking toward nearby streets, with additional people possibly still inside.
