Deputies conduct welfare check at rural residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a welfare check for a 76-year-old woman at a residence on Southwest Crater Creek Road after a home health worker could not reach her. The caller reported she was recently very upset about a pet’s death and is known to keep a pistol in a nightstand.
