Young child seen walking alone near river

Caller's reporting she's not at home at this time, but on her camera she saw a young child, maybe around five, walking by the front of the house and in the front yard.

He has black curly hair, dark shirt, black shorts.

Caller is advising she did not see any adults around him or with him and is concerned as they do live near the river.
