Stolen Kia Soul located on Grove Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a stolen brown Kia Soul near Grove Street and Railroad. Multiple callers reported that a known subject allegedly took the keys from people at the scene and drove off. The vehicle was later located near Grove Street.
