Alert patient needs EMS at Lowell Street, Calais

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called to Lowell Street for an alert and oriented patient at a building near the old Chinese parking lot across from the post office. Rescue 3 transported the patient to St. Croix Health.
