Unknown man seen on home camera, nothing missing

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to speak with a resident near Oak Grove Road in Caldwell about a possible suspicious man seen on streaming camera footage around midday. The resident did not recognize the man, and nothing was reported missing from the home.
