Disoriented barefoot man walking on Massachusetts Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified about a possibly intoxicated or confused man in his twenties walking barefoot along Massachusetts Avenue toward Porter Square in Cambridge. The man, who said he lives in Boston and was unsure of where he was, left the reporting party before officers arrived.
