Loose dog attacks another dog near railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that while walking his dog near a church on North Main Street, another dark-colored German Shepherd reportedly attacked his dog and then ran toward nearby railroad tracks. The caller was advised to meet responders near the 6800 block of North Main Street.
