Unoccupied crashed vehicle linked to earlier incident

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to look into a possible traffic crash involving an unoccupied vehicle in the Canby area. The driver was reportedly later located at a nearby gas station after a crash seen earlier on camera.
