Suspicious person walking in parking lot for 2 hours

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a suspicious man walking around a parking lot near the garden center for several hours. While monitoring him, they also reported a non-injury collision between a white Range Rover and a gray Honda sedan in the McDonald’s parking lot.
