We have mental health facilities..it’s just that if you don’t have insurance then you’re pretty much ass’d out because who has enough money to pay out of pocket to even see anyone mental health related?? Insurance is the big stop for almost everyone these days unfortunately. I agree with you we have more bars and pubs than places people can go to for help with anything that doesn’t immediately cost them or have to have insurance for. Land of the free home of the brave but at more of a cost than most people talk about.
