Single-vehicle crash at Marina Road restaurant

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible single-vehicle incident near a restaurant on Marina Road in Cape Charles. Initial reports indicated the patient declined medical help, but a later caller reported the patient did want EMS, and a unit continued toward the scene while another staged nearby.
