Fallen utility pole blocks road in Caraway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch sent unit 513 to a reported road hazard near South New York Avenue, where a utility pole had apparently fallen across the roadway with wires hanging but not sparking. The unit reported a broken telephone pole, requested utility and cable company response, and later advised that one cable was moved enough to allow traffic to pass through the area.
