Reckless driver complaint at Alpine Bank lot

A black Chevy dually with Colorado Adam David Mary Young Seven Four, almost sideswiped a CDOT vehicle on Highway One Hundred and Thirty Three and just turned into the Alpine Bank in Carbondale.
