Wires down on garage on North First Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Carlock were dispatched to a location near North First Street for reports of electrical wires down on or near a garage. Units also responded to a separate medical call for breathing problems in the Evergreen Boulevard area and later cleared a carbon monoxide concern linked to a water heater exhaust at another residence.
