Pocket dial 911 call at state park bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an apparent accidental 911 call from the swinging bridge area at Jay Cooke State Park. An officer was briefly sent toward the area but the caller later reported that everything was okay and it was a pocket dial.
