Suspicious backpack with unknown substance reported at business on Randall Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched for a HazMat level 1 incident after a suspicious backpack was reported left near a safe inside a business on Randall Road near Miller Rd and Huntley Rd. The backpack was described as being brought in by another person and containing an unknown substance with a cord attached. Police were also reported responding.
