Pedestrian causes vehicle to swerve on Old 51

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Old 51 just south of Carsonville to look for a man who was walking in the road and reportedly moved toward a passing vehicle, causing the driver to swerve. The man then apparently fell in the roadway before the driver continued on, and a caller later asked for a welfare check on him.
