Domestic disturbance and man with trouble breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an open 911 call from a home on Custer Road where a man was reportedly yelling and ordering someone back into the house during a possible domestic disturbance. Deputies took a man into custody at that location, and he then requested emergency medical services for difficulty breathing.
