19-year-old woman in labor passes out near Cascade

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews from several agencies were dispatched to a location near Madison Avenue in Cascade for a 19-year-old woman who was in labor and had briefly passed out but was awake and breathing when responders arrived. Units coordinated response and some were later cleared when another ambulance was confirmed en route.
