Driver with revoked license reportedly transported child

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported that a driver (name withheld) drove a black Chevy to the Casco Village Park baseball diamond behind Moxie's despite having a revoked license with an occupational license; caller said the driver had an 8-year-old child passenger and may have an ignition interlock (IID) requirement.
