Man turns himself in at William Evans Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to William Evans Park, near the basketball courts, after a caller reported a man who wanted to turn himself in to law enforcement. A unit later contacted a male at the park picnic tables who appeared to match the description. In separate radio traffic, officers were also dispatched to a minor crash in a Target parking lot and to a verbal dispute between people in sport utility vehicles at a Dollar General on North Church.
