Reckless driver reported on Dumfries Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in the area of the 4300 block of Dumfries Road, heading toward Route 29 and Route 605. The blue vehicle was reportedly traveling very slowly, made an illegal U-turn, and may have been driving on the wrong side of the road.
