Man slumped over wheel found awake and tired in truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male was found slumped over the steering wheel of a red pickup truck near Havelock Street and Lawrence Street in Central City. Deputies and medical personnel responded. The male was awake and appeared to be tired.
