Small shed fire on South Pennsylvania Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported small shed or barn fire near South Pennsylvania Avenue and South Logan Alley in Centre Hall, with flames apparently visible from the top of the structure. Responding units later confirmed a fire involving a small building or apartment in that area.
