Reckless SUV driver reported near near-crash in Charles Town

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a BOLO for a reportedly reckless GMC Yukon after the driver, who was on the phone, nearly caused an accident near the intersection of Washington Street and Jefferson Avenue in Charles Town. The vehicle was initially described with a West Virginia registration but later clarified to possibly have Maryland plates.
