Man drinking wine in car before entering grocery store

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible intoxicated man in his fifties who was seen drinking wine in a vehicle before going into a Food Lion grocery store in Charles Town. Deputies are dispatched to locate and check on the person inside the store and identify his vehicle in the parking lot.
