As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious silver four-door vehicle, later described as a silver Toyota Highlander, driving up and down West State Road near Canopus Park Drive on the wrong side of the road, with children reportedly worried about their safety. The vehicle was last said to be at a nearby boat ramp.
