Young child passes out and hits head at Chatsworth store

As discussed during the dispatch call, a three-year-old female apparently passed out and hit her head near Trader Supply on Commerce Drive. She was briefly unconscious but is now conscious and alert. Law enforcement is on scene. The incident may involve a medical emergency.
