Man breaks car windows and threatens more damage

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance near Donna Lane, where a caller states that their uncle apparently broke the back and side windows of a car. The caller reports being scared and says the uncle is yelling and threatening to damage all of the caller’s belongings if 911 is called. Units are being sent to the area to check the situation and speak with those involved.
