Single-car crash on Old Westford Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue responded to a reported single-vehicle crash off Old Westford Road near Overlook Drive and Westchester Road in Chelmsford. The vehicle was off the road but appeared stable, all occupants were out, and medical care was refused before units cleared the scene.
