Welfare check for diabetic woman unresponsive to calls

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near County Road 9 in the Town of Greene for a woman with severe diabetes who was not answering calls or picking up her grandchild from school. The caller, the woman's mother, tried contacting multiple numbers but made no contact. The woman appears to be unresponsive and a check is needed.
