yes, Kelsey Grammer is certainly not the best actor but I wouldn't say he's horrible lol...the grammar in this brief (radio call) report, on the other hand, is only supposed to make sense to the first responders who are actually involved in the situation...emergency personnel aren't writing a book report for English class in school they're doing the absolute best they can in a short window of time to get the message out to police &/or EMTs in order to get help to the victims why would you make a big deal out of such a trivial thing
