Patient with respiratory distress not breathing at Chesterfield home

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were sent to a location on James Street in Chesterfield for a patient in apparent respiratory distress. A nurse was on scene and reported the patient was not breathing, with chest compressions in progress and blood pressure dropping.
