Speeding SUVs and Nissan traffic stop on Cambridge

Officers report two white sport utility vehicles speeding from Halsted toward Division, passing traffic lights. One vehicle, a white Nissan, goes toward the Cambridge row houses near Chicago Avenue, and officers later locate it just south of Chestnut on Cambridge and begin a traffic stop. During a separate traffic stop at Balboa and Columbus, an officer calls for an ambulance because the stopped person has swallowed a large amount of drugs.
