Several males fled on foot after a black Infiniti sedan was seen driving the wrong way on Madison Avenue. The males ran westbound on Grand Avenue. They are wanted in connection to broken windows at a house near North Laramie. Officers detained one male near Palmer and Lockwood. The caller did not see the males break the windows but heard noise and saw them running away after the damage was done. The victim does not want arrests because no witness saw the damage being caused.
