Suspicious person reported near Carolyn Drive home

this was not a boy it's a grown man and has been seen by neighbors creeping around both this property and mine and the vacant lot next door. called dispatch dispatched officer abd officer called instead of coming out said they were real busy tonight. my mother is bedridden on hospice and it was just her and I here alone while my brother worked. I have 4 videos of this man walking up on my porch and casing our places out. he never knocks on my door. I posted them on my FB in case something happens to us since officers didn't take it serious.
