Fireworks reported near West Main and Grove Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible fireworks complaint near Main Street and Grove Street in Chicopee. They also checked a vehicle whose identification number did not match its license plate and arranged for a tow. The fireworks call was later closed after confirmation of fireworks activity in the area.
