As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible two-vehicle crash at the Whitetop Road and East Lee Highway four-way intersection in Chilhowie, near a grocery store. Medic 32 and Truck 3 responded to the scene. A separate medical call on East Lee Highway at a healthcare facility involved an eighty-one-year-old woman with altered consciousness, and medic units were sent there as well.
