Small yard fire at Grandview and Webster

We received a 911 from a nearby neighbor saying that at the corner of Grandview and Webster, there's a part of the yard on fire.

It looks like something plasticy had fallen onto the grass and is catching the yard on fire.

They were attempting to put it out.
