Adult male choking on food near Hilda Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, advanced life support units were dispatched to a possible choking incident involving an adult near Hilda Street in the Hadlock area. The person was reportedly choking on food but was still able to speak, with food apparently remaining stuck in the throat.
