As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded on westbound Highway 412 near Chouteau for a report of a gray minivan with Texas plates driving erratically and speeding. The vehicle was later stopped about a mile east of Chouteau, where the driver reported dehydration and muscle spasms and requested an ambulance.
