Mailbox damaged and replaced with different one

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers spoke by phone with a caller about possible property damage near Kirby Drive. The caller reported that someone apparently struck their mailbox overnight, then replaced it with a different style of mailbox, leading to a dispute over the replacement.
