Report of reckless driver leaving Circleville Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are asked to check the area near Circleville Park for a possible erratic driver in a white Sentra that reportedly left the park, turned at a nearby light by a church, and may have been driving recklessly and making gestures out the window.
