Semi truck jackknifed in ditch blocking Highway 63

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a semi-truck jackknifed in a ditch off the northbound lanes of Highway 63 near exits 53 and 54, with part of the vehicle blocking one lane. A deputy and other units are apparently en route to assess the situation, and lanes may have been reopened in both directions.
